Als Industriemechaniker:in bzw. Betriebsschlosser:in nehmen Sie hauptverantwortlich die Installation von neuen Maschinen vor. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Produktionsabteilung sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf. Dabei erweitern und optimieren Sie regelmäßig unseren bestehenden Maschinenpark. Die Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Anlagen bilden dabei einen wichtigen Schwerpunkt bei Ihrer täglichen Arbeit. Bei Störungen ermitteln und beheben Sie diese und führen für sämtliche Arbeitsvorgänge die erforderlichen Dokumentationen durch.

Your Main Tasks
- Installation of new machines
- In close cooperation with production, you will, as part of our technology team, which currently consists of approximately 10 employees, perform activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Optimization and expansion of existing machines and systems
- Maintenance and servicing of the machinery
- General metalworking
- Troubleshooting and fault elimination
- Execution of the required documentation
Your Profile
- Completed training as an industrial mechanic, metalworker, or similar
- Experience in mechanical engineering and plant technology desirable
- Preferably knowledge of MAG and/or TIG welding
- Team-oriented work
- Experience in sheet metal and metal processing
Working Hours
- 38-hour week with regular working hours
- Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:21 PM
- After intensive training, approximately 5 weeks per year late shift from 1:20 PM to 9:41 PM
- 5 times a year on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:15 PM as overtime or time off in lieu
- No on-call duties or similar
